Site Support Security Officer in Grimsby Area

We’re on the lookout for a Site Support Security Officer to join our team and work across our key sites in the Grimsby area.

The ideal candidate will receive training at several locations within this region and be ready to step in and help wherever needed. Being able to travel to these locations is essential, as you’ll need to make your own way to the sites, including during unsociable hours.

Applicants must have a valid SIA Licence to perform licensable activities, and it would be advantageous to hold a First Aid Qualification.

In return for your commitment, professionalism, and reliability, we offer full training on all sites. We’re seeking someone who is flexible and dedicated to providing excellent service across all locations.

Your work schedule will be based on the cover required, and flexibility is key. You will receive your roster for the entire month in advance, and we expect you to commit to all assigned duties while being adaptable to any changes.

This role is perfect for someone dependable and eager to grow, ensuring our high service standards are maintained.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Managing Access and Egress

– Conducting Patrols

– Requesting ID from personnel

– Monitoring deliveries on and off-site

– Responding to site alarms

– Accurately taking and relaying messages to management

– Following instructions precisely

– Completing all paperwork accurately and professionally

We provide full on-site training, along with uniforms and the necessary safety equipment. Applicants must provide a complete five-year employment history.

 

Required Licences or Certifications:

– Driving Licence

– SIA Licence

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.44-£12.44 per hour

A chance has come up for a Security Site Support Officer role in Hull and nearby areas.

Successful candidates will receive training across all locations and are expected to provide support as needed.

Applicants must possess a valid SIA Licence to undertake licensable activities and ideally have a First Aid Qualification. Due to the nature of the sites, a full clean DBS must be provided to share with the customer.

The sites are based in Hull and the surrounding areas, so applicants must be able to travel independently to these sites, keeping in mind that shifts may often occur at unsociable hours.

Comprehensive training will be provided across all site locations. In return, we seek a dedicated, professional, and reliable Officer to join our team.

The working hours will depend on the site you are assigned to, but flexibility and a commitment to delivering excellent service are essential, regardless of the location.

A monthly roster will be provided in advance, and we ask for your commitment to all assigned duties, while also remaining adaptable should changes to the schedule arise.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and eager to maintain and enhance high service standards.

Duties may vary slightly between sites, but all involve site protection, teamwork, and fulfilling all requests.

Each site is managed by our 24-hour Control Room, which offers full support and assistance.

We provide full on-site training, along with all uniforms and necessary safety equipment. Applicants will also need to provide a complete five-year employment history.
